Terms of service

You must use this website lawfully and provide accurate, current information when ordering or creating an account. You are responsible for keeping account access secure.

You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, scrape the service unreasonably or use it to infringe another person’s rights.

We aim to describe products, flavours, sizes, images, availability and pricing accurately. Natural coffee products may vary slightly between batches, and colours or packaging may appear differently on screen. We may update, limit or discontinue products without notice.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is authorised and we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order because of pricing or stock errors, suspected fraud, delivery limitations or another reasonable operational issue. If payment has been captured for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Delivery charges and the final total are shown before payment. Checkout and payment are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers.

Delivery and pickup times are estimates. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, high order volumes or events outside our reasonable control. Risk in physical products passes on delivery or collection, subject always to rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Any subscription frequency, price, minimum period, pause and cancellation options shown when subscribing form part of your purchase. Changes should be made before the next scheduled processing date.

Promotions, discounts and gift vouchers may have separate conditions. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, have no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn where legally permitted.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under that law.

To the extent permitted by law, Cruze Coffee is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Any liability that can lawfully be limited is limited to the remedies available under applicable law.

The Cruze name, logos, website design, photography and original content remain the property of Cruze Coffee or their respective owners. They must not be reproduced commercially without permission.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. Queensland law governs these terms, and disputes are subject to the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction in Queensland, Australia.
